We are currently looking for a sous chef at Mark Hix's award-winning restaurant located in the heart of Soho. Serving the best British seasonal produce available, this is a great opportunity to work with one of Britain's leading chefs and restaurateurs.
If you have at least two years' experience in a similar role and a good knowledge of British food we would like to hear from you. The right candidate will be a team player with enthusiasm, drive and a passion for British seasonal food, thriving under pressure in a busy environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented and passionate sous chef to join our kitchen team at HIX.
Salary Circa £25k to £28k depending on experience
